Service

RoadGame provides tools for schools and authorized users to coordinate athletic transportation. Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and protect their account credentials.

RoadGame SMS program

By providing a mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive texts, you consent to recurring transactional messages from RoadGame concerning athletic transportation. Messages may include trip confirmations, driver assignments, departure reminders, schedule or pickup changes, cancellations, and answers to questions you send by text.

Message frequency varies based on assigned teams and trip activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, contact your athletic department, or email hello@roadgame.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers and message delivery may change.

Availability and responsibility

RoadGame supports operational coordination but does not replace school safety procedures, transportation-provider obligations, or emergency communications. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other appropriate notice.
