We use information to provide RoadGame, coordinate trips, send requested operational notifications, respond to questions, maintain records, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

SMS information

When a user agrees to receive RoadGame text messages, we use their mobile number to send recurring transactional athletic-transportation updates, such as confirmations, driver assignments, departure reminders, changes, cancellations, and replies to user-initiated questions.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver messages and operate RoadGame, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Retention and security
